The PGA Desert Classic is held here each spring. There is a spectacular club house designed in the style of a Bedouin tent, which has wonderful inside fittings and catering facilities. There is a further 18 hole course, the "Wadi Course", which was opened in November 1996. Driving range, putting, greens, trolleys, and carts. The distance from the hotel is approximately 5 minutes.
